Refund Policy

PerformanceLab aims to provide feedback within the stated timeframe.

When refunds may be available

  • Feedback is not delivered within the agreed timeframe
  • The service cannot be provided
  • The wrong service is delivered
  • There is a major issue with the service

When refunds may not be available

  • You change your mind after the coach has started or completed the review
  • You submit poor-quality footage and do not provide a suitable replacement when requested
  • You disagree with the coach's opinion but the service was provided as described
  • You expected a guaranteed performance result

This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
