When refunds may be available
- Feedback is not delivered within the agreed timeframe
- The service cannot be provided
- The wrong service is delivered
- There is a major issue with the service
When refunds may not be available
- You change your mind after the coach has started or completed the review
- You submit poor-quality footage and do not provide a suitable replacement when requested
- You disagree with the coach's opinion but the service was provided as described
- You expected a guaranteed performance result
This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
